Cooking Class on Cinco de Mayo!

chilles-rellos We will be making chiles rellenos on Cinco de Mayo! Chiles rellenos which literally translates to stuffed peppers, are a very popular Mexican cuisine dish. The peppers are stuffed with a combination of cheese, vegetables, and meat (we will also be using tofu), and then fried in batter.

Members can attend the class for $20 and $25 for non-members. The cooking class will go from 6:30-8pm.
